Here are our previous guidelines during the Covid-19 outbreak. At any point, if these rules become necessary again, we will adhere to them, with notice to our clientele. If anyone feels under the weather when they arrive for their appointment, we urge you to wear a mask for the safety of our staff and customers around you. We also appreciate anyone who needs to cancel their appointment due to illness. Thank you!

We will be adhering to the NYS CDC Guidelines for Hair Salons and have a few things to ask of you as well:

  • Masks/ face coverings must be worn above the nose and mouth at all times by everyone in the building.

  • You are required to sanitize your hands upon arrival, as we will be in between each and every client.

  • Your temperature will also be taken upon arrival with a digital thermometer. If you have a fever above 99 degrees F, you must reschedule. The cancellation fee will be waived and you can reschedule after two weeks of the appointment.

  • If you are not feeling well, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms (sore throat, dry cough, loss of taste or smell, runny nose or shortness of breath), or are waiting for the test results of a COVID-19 test, kindly reschedule.

  • Please wait outside, or in the hallway until your appointment time. There will not be a waiting area at this time.

  • We will not be providing any refreshments during this time.

  • We will be adhering to touch-less greetings and goodbyes so there will no shaking hands or hugging. But rest assured, we still love you!

    We are building in extra time into each appointment to make sure our station and tools are thoroughly sanitized between each and every client.
